Our new router and backbone is upgraded which are capable to handle multiple
Separate international connections and fulfill high traffic demand of nowadays internet market. After upgrade, the transfer rate should be double faster than before.

2) Larger Capacity
The packet per second of our Network was raised from 70, 000 to 1 million which means we can handle data much more faster. Also, the upgraded network is capable to support more than 1000 servers or network equipments.

3)  Consume Cisco network completely
All of our network equipments are now fully using Cisco network equipment. Cisco network equipment is believed to be the most reliable network equipment in factory standard, thus UDomain's network is now enjoying fully redundant including equipment, traffic and physical connections.
Also, we are now having fully backup of Local, International and China Network traffic, which mean even there are outage with the primary connections, our network will switch to another connection automatically.

4)  99.99% Uptime Guarantee
All network equipments were harden and configured securely so it is capable to handle generic network attack and able to fulfill 99.99% uptime.

To provide quality service to our customers, UDomain.NET will keep on upgrading our system and improving our service standard. From 2:00am to 6:00am on 10-Sep-2006 (Sunday), we will perform an upgrade on our major networking equipments.

During this period, all services will be affected and you may experience slower connection speed. In between, services may be stopped for around 15-30 minutes. Telephone support will be activated during that period. The whole maintenance process will be finished before 6:00am on the same day.
